Find out if the E.L.F. Mineral Eyeshadow Primer even compares to Urban Decay's! Keep in mind that all products work differently for different people. I personally have very oily skin and oily lids. Also if you live or are in humid/hot conditions your makeup will likely crease and smudge faster. One last thing is the quality of the eyeshadow!
